After Effect keep crashing

Hi everyone,

I'm running After Effect 23.6 on MacOS Ventura 13.5.

Starting from the 23.1 version After Effect started to cash or not closing properly. It always say that is a plugin issue, but even if I deactivate every single third party plug in it keep crashing.

I've already uninstall All Adobe program and reainstalled, I've even reinstalled Ventura on my MAC.

But no result.

This morning I've tryed to import a C4D file and even that was causing a crash.

Please any tips how to solve this.

Thank you for reporting this issue, sorry to hear you are experiencing these crashes. When the crashes occur, have you been able to submit a crash report with your email? Those reports are critical for us to see what components are crashing and investigate potential fixes.

What plug-in is stated to be the cause when the crashes occur? There are some plug-ins, like importers or panels, that are not able to be deactivated through the Effect Manager at this time; perhaps it is one of these that is crashing?

Hi John
Main errors were on Cineware, Posterizzazione tempo and sometimes it
crashes when using 3D camera.
After having initialized Hd, reinstalled Ventura, reinstalled all Adobe
products, today it seems that everything is working perfectly.
I'll keep testing on other projects, then I'll contact you again in case of
further issues.
