after effect mogrt media replacement color shift

I'm having issues with color shifts or color space shifts with the replaceable media Mogrt feature in Premiere after exporting from After Effects. Once the media is dropped you can see that there is a gama shift.

I have no idea whats going on here. On a job, help!

Without any info about the specifics of the template, your system, your color mangement settings and so on nobody can tell you anything.

1) Did you apply any Color Effects in AE, to the Replacement Media?

2) Does your PPro Sequence's Settings Dialog have its Linear Light/Color checkbox enabled - if yes, try disabling it.
