after effect opening issues

I've downloaded plugins from AEJuice and once I opened the pack, after effect got crushed and this's what I always recive. and it was working before i downlaod this pack. i don't know if the proplem from after effect itself or the pack. and I already tried to downlaod the older version but same issue

Well, the answer is staring you in the face: Remove the plug-ins entirely and contact the vendor for updated versions.
