Time Renmap has always been Alt/Option + Ctrl/Cmnd + t
Reverse has always been Alt/Option + Ctrl/Cmnd + r
The shortcuts are visible in the Layer/Time menu. All existing default shortcuts always show in the menus. If you see the shortcuts and they don't work, try resetting your preferences. You should be able to do that by pressing Shift + Alt/Option + Ctrl/Cmnd when you launch After Effects or by going to the Startup and Repair section of preferences by pressing Alt/Option + Ctrl/Cmnd + ;
From Preferences, you can browse to the folder where the file lives and rename it.

I already did a reset and it still doesn't work, instead I changed the time remap shorcut to ctrl+6 and it works, but if I try to put back the original shorcut, which is ctrl+alt+t it doesn't let me, like it doesn't recognize the combination, and I don't know what to do, it's wierd cause this happen from nowhere

Update: I found a clue of the problem, the shortcut ctrl+alt+t of the time remap works if I add the "window key" but without the window key in the shortcut doesn't work in after effect, so now I need to find the main problem that causes that
