after effect wont open

after installing  after effects i get a message says ( After Effects Error: could not convert Unicode characters)

and another message says ( After Effects error: Font server couldnot be created ) , while opening the app , and suddenly close before even opening.

Without even the most basic system info we can't really tell you anything. You need to be more specific.

Are you on macOS or Windows? Are you using any font utility? Did you install a new font recently?
