After Effects 11 won't start: App. Manager, required to verify your license, is missing or damaged

Dear helpers! I can't open After Effect 11 right now. Maybe an antivirus deleted something important? The error message: Adobe Application Manager, required to verifiy your license, is missing or damaged.

It worked so far. I haven't used it for about two months, now it won't start.

There was also a 213:11 error code before, but I read somewhere that the SLStore must be made writable. I did that.

I can try reinstalling if that's necessary.
