Hi licencias ccd88676442,

Welcome to the community and sorry for your issue.

Would you mind sharing your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version) and a screenshot of the error? To start, try resetting the preferences of After Effects.

The version of After Effects you're using is old. Is there a reason why you're not updating it? I'd suggest updating it to the latest.

Let us know.

Thanks,

Nishu

Tradionally Ae is supported buy the current OS it came on, the OS before it and the one after it. Version 15.2 is form 2018. That would be Mojave... after that came Catalina, Big Sur, and now Monterey. Guess you'll need to get a newer version of Ae.
