after effects 17.7 crashing

after effects crash and don't let me open the app

this is what i get when i attemp to open after effects on my imac

Last log message was: <4506064320> <Scripting> <5> Executing startup/shutdown script at: /Applications/Adobe After Effects 2020/Scripts/Why_the_parentheses_in_folder_names.txt

My computer details are:

macOS Mojave Version 10.14.6

iMac (27-inch, Late 2013)

Processor: 3.5 GHz Intel Core i7

Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 775M 2 GB

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 775M 2 GB

Graphics Radeon Pro 580 8GB

Sorry for the crash issue.

Are you trying to launch After Effects by double-clicking a file or by clicking its icon? I couldn't find the crash report. Would you mind attaching it again? It'll be a great help in understanding the issue.

i launch the application as usual from the creative cloud menu i allways do that on all application

and they all work fine ecept for after effects, i already re atach the crash report

by the way this is only happening on my new imac 27" i have another imac 21" and everithing is working properly on that one

help pleaseeeee

I finnaly solve the issue 

i just remove all apps and the creative cloud using the adobe remobal tool

then i transfer the apps from my previows imac to my new one using migration assistant

and now after effects is finally working
