After Effects 2020 preview lagging.

Hi, my AE before was working good especially on previewing. The next day, it keeps on lagging. The music is slowed also. Eventhough I change the frame rate to low/high, it is still the same. Idk what happened, pls help me. (i have enough storage and i just bought video card. Will this help my problem?)

Try purging your cache.  Menu: Edit>Purge

• What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)?
• What's the exact version of After Effects?
• Are you using any effect? If so, please share the names.
