After Effects 2021 doesn't open

Hello, Guys!

The After Effects and Premiere 2021 aren't opening in my computer. 

It wont get past the splash screen. I try to remove and then reinstall, but it doesn't work.

Then I try to update my drivers... but it also doesn't work.

Does anyone have any other ideas to try fix this?

Sorry for your issue with After Effects.

Do you get any error message or crash report? What's the last loading module on the splash screen? Also, what are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)?
