After Effects 2021 not connecting to Dynamic Link

Please help!

Every time I export an AE file (File > Export > Add to Adobe Media Encoder Queue...), AME pops up to the top but there is nothing in the Queue tab. When I try and manually import the AE file into AME, it says that "The project could not be opened." (see screen shot attached). I am constantly getting this issue, sometimes it will work and sometimes it doesn't. Has anyone been able to find a resolution for this? Screen shots attached of system and AE information.
