After Effects 2021 not opening (Windows 10 Home)

So i'm trying to open After Effects to work on an assignment. I just bought the student cloud All Apps plan for this specific reason. So basically, i'll click on it and it won't open. I have checked the task manager, and it's stuck in the background but not actually doing anything. It also isn't even coming up with the loading screen. It opened initially when I downloaded it, but won't do it again.

Would you try to sign out your account from Adobe creative desktop tool and sign it in again?

I got it to work. I had to restart my PC to do so.
