after effects 2021 rendering

Is it ok that while rendering with After Effects my NIVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Super video card spends only 3% of its memory? I use both After effects Render Queue and Media Encoder.

Yeah, sure. Why not? Why should it use more? It seems you are misunderstanding a) how AE renders to begin with and b) how limited its GPU acceleration actually, so yes, most of the time it simply won't make more than a blip on an RTX card. of course the specifics still vary and depend on what features are used in teh composition, but overall you need to get used to the fact that your expensive card will contribute very little to making AE renders faster.
