After Effects 2021 won't launch / open (Win10)

My problem: After Effects 2021 won't launch / open (Win10). Here is picture of situation. Reinstallation of program did not help. Could someone give me some advice?

Actually Cleanin Up Anywhere are last texts when trying to open AE2021. Reinstallations & updatings have not helped.

Solved: I also had problems with connection to my employers server. After this problem was fixed AE started to work. I don’t know what happened, but I am happy! 🙂

I have exactly the same problem. I've tried uninstalling, and rolling back to a previous version of AE but nothing helps. Had been working fine until today. I'm on 64bit windows 10.
