I really have this bad issue that is running out my business, any solution ?
I spend three days working on a project that cool takes only one hour, only just because of this font's issue. The only solution I know so far is to replace the missing font one by one.
As you can see on the attached image, the first solution from what I know so far is to make a search in the project folders for a missing font then all the composition that have the missing fonts will appear and will be listed.
Next, I have to open the composition and replace the font with any existing font on my computer.
Just keep in mind that for this 6 missing fonts comp, it took me a day and half to solve it because, after clicking on each composition, after effects will freeze for about one or two hours and this will happen for every click on the comp. Both on the timeline, project folder and font layer n the timeline can last for four to five hours sometime will end up crashing.
You may try to do it automatically, how can you do it when you have your text layer inside composition and you have 1000 composition with text layers that have missing font ? The other solution is to download the font and restart your machine. So far this method will not work for every project. This project I am talking of, use EXO FONT that I have downloaded and install on the machine, yet AFX don't recognize it for the project. Because, fonts may have the same names, not the same parameter.
I am using AFX 2022 on latest iMAC PRO 3TO With 64GO of Memory cards.
Any solution ?

I am using the very latest 2022 - December of after effect version. I really mean all the creative cloud of adobe are up to this day latest version. Version 22.1.1
