After Effects 2024/2023 don't initiate

So, since Saturday I haven't accessed After Effects, the error occurs when initiating the application, and it asks me to start in safe mode, I do, but nothing happens, I already uninstalled all plugins and uninstalled and reinstalled After Effects. It only happens with After Effects, other Adobe software like Photoshop and Illustrator work well. 

I'm in the middle of a delivery. I REALLY need this working today.

Did you change anything on your machine prior to this happening? A Windows update, or anti-virus, Chrome update, etc?
