After Effects 2024 OCIO Maged Project RAM Preview not Real Time

Hello Everyone... 

Am having the following issue:

I am trying to RAM Preview OCIO Managed project .exr sequence and it would never preview Real Time!

Tryied using  lower resolution with no result. The only way i can RAM preview real time is when i switch to Adobe Managed.

I am behind an i9-10850K, 64gb Ram, 8 gb 3070 RTX. Everything runs on NVMes (Seperate one for Cache)

My monitor refresh rate is 144hz, tryied lower that to 59,9 with no luck.

Any ideas???
