I stumbled upon your post while researching an issue I'm having with another Adobe product. I had a similar experience with it only occurring on my production computer. Other computers I use, with the same plug-ins and comparable hardware, had no issues.
One thing I would recommend trying is rendering this project on the computer you are having the issues with but under another user account. I ran into an issue with Illustrator recently and the issue seemed to be linked to my Windows User Profile. While I don't exactly know what the issue is with my profile, the new user account I created experienced no issues

If you don't have another account on your computer, you can create a local account. If you need to know how to do that, here are Microsoft's steps.
To create a local account on Windows 11, follow these steps:
- Click on the Start button and select Settings.
- Select Accounts and then click on Family & other users.
- Next to Add other user, select Add account.
- Select I don’t have this person’s sign-in information, and on the next page, select Add a user without a Microsoft account.
- Enter a user name, password, or password hint—or choose security questions—and then select Next.
