After Effects 2024 stuck at "initializing required components"

Whenever I try to open the after effects, it get stuck at "initializing required components". I unnistalled and reinstaleed the program, removed plugins, removed temporary files and so on but it didn't solve the problem.

We'll need to get a log file from you to see what is causing the stuckness.  

Are you on Mac or Windows? Asking so I can give you the correct instructions.
