After Effects 22.01 crashing during launch on MacOS Monterey.

Hi everyone, 

I haven't been able to get After Effects to open since updating to the latest version of MacOS. I've attached a screenshot of the alert message I'm getting. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't resolve the issue. I'd be really grateful for any tips or advice. 

I notice there's an announcement in the forum that AE 22.11 is available, but I'm in Australia and the update doesn't doesn't seem to be available on our Creative Cloud yet.

I've been able to upgrade to AE 22.11 but I'm still experiening the crash on launch. The new alert message is:

I can't see a way to delete the thread. I was able to resolve this issue with updating the AEJuice plugin I thought I'd deleted.

Same problem. I feel like a total a$s updating in the middle of a project... Premiere, Audition work fine.... After Effects won't even launch.
