After Effects 23.5 keeps crashing on startup

I've uninstalled After Effects 23.5 and reinstalled. Keeps crashing. I've even launched it in Safe Mode with no third party plugins. Still Crashes. Weird thing is After Effects 2021 launches with no issues. I have a .dmp file that was generated. I just tried to add the .dmp file to this formum but got the message that file type is not supported. Any suggestions on how to fix? Running Windows 10. Thanks!

Hi Kartika,

There is no log in that location for 23.5. Maybe it's because AE 23.5 never launches? There is a .dmp file that is generated. Would that help?

I uninstalled AE 23.5 and installed AE 23.2, which is the version I was using last. 23.2 works! For some reason though 23.5 still does not. Does this info help?

Hello, I tried thsoe steps and unfortunetely I can not still get past the startup splash page in Adobe 23.5. I'll send a personal message. Do I reference this post? What is the support email I use for the personal message?
