After Effects 24.1 does not get past the splash screen

I was using AE 24.1 for weeks with no problems, but when updating to 24.3, it started not opening, it always shows the message to start it up on safe mode, but even with this, e freezes either on initalizaing media core or smart mask.

I went back to 24.1 and the same thing happens.

Mac or Windows? 

If it's stopping on Media Core, it may be trying to compute some GPU related functionality which can take a bit of time. How long are you leaving the splash screen up before force quitting it?

I'm on Windowns. I have leaved it for several minutes already

We'll need to get a log file from you. Please follow the steps below and post the contents of the log file back here.

1. Navigate to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\After Effects\24.3\logs

2. Create an empty text file called After Effects Log.txt

3. Start up After Effects and let it sit at the splash screen for a few minutes

4. Open the After Effects Log.txt file, copy the contents and paste it back here to the forums.

This time it finished initializing the media core but still froze after. Here is the log:

Any chance you've changed anything to do with your audio drivers? Maybe installed one with a GPU driver update? The log seems to stop right when the audio system is being initialized.
