After Effects 24.2.1 não responde no windows 10, já fiz o downgrade para outras versões, mas continua não respondendo. após essa atualização, as versões anteriores não respondem também, sempre abre a tela de "Start in Safe Mode, Reset Preferences, Manage Plungins, Continue", mas mesmo clicando em todas as opções, o mesmo continua não respondendo.

The message on the splash screen is likely pointing at the issue. Please review what Audio hardware and drivers you have install and disable anything you're not actually using.
