I'm at the end of my rope here. I can't get anything done cause After Effects crashes everytime I try to preview anything. I've used these .ae files on another computer with all the same scripts, plug-ins, windows, settings, and keyboard shortcuts. Works fine on my office machine but at home AE jsut crashes. I've tried different files with the same result.

Cleared all caches.

Disabled all 3rd party plug-ins.

Reset preferences.

Ran in Safe mode.

Deleted all scriptUIs and Scripts.

Updated video drivers.

Updated Windows.

Unistalled and reinstalled AE.

The log in AppData/Roaming/Adobe/AfterEffects/Logs just says this:

[2024-06-14_15-26-17][40808][Info] [general] Instead of the WebView2 runtime in the system, UXP will use the WebView2 runtime in the folder: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Microsoft\EdgeWebView

Windows 11 Pro 22631.3737

ROG Strix Z790-E Gaming Wifi II

Intel i9-14900KS

96 GB RAM

ASUS ROG Strix RTX 4090 OC

OS installed on 1TB Corsair MP700 Pro

I can't do anywork. Does anyone have any ideas what's causing this and how I can fix this.

You turn off the anti-virus app if you use it.

Tried turning off Anti-virus. That wasn't the issue.

I think I figured it out and I can't believe what was causing the issue.

It was my keyboard shortcut presets.

I have no idea why that's the case, but it seems stable now. We'll see if it's fine.
