After Effects Alert

Hi everyone! 

The other day this message came up when I was lauching a file on AE. Once I tapped ok AE closed and it wouldn't let me open the file without AE crashing everytime I tried to open it. I tried all the things including updating my computer software. This did the trick the other day. 

After working in the file all day today and then closing it for an hour I tried to open it back up and this alert came back. I tried updating the software on my computer again as there were new updates. That didn't work this time. Does anyone else have this issue? Its just this file. The rest of my AE files work and open. I have added my computer information below if that helps.

It could be the video file. Are there any obvious drop outs or glitches?

Bad news for you: The file is 99% a goner. Except for trying to import the project into an empty project and hoping this will reconstruct the data structure there is no way to repair such damaged files. That's why you should make it a habit to save versions at regular intervals and create backups.
