So Basically I don't know what PC specs you need to have AE Running smooth, but I have 64gb ram an i9 Processor and when I'm loading a twittered clip it is really slow, and sometimes it even crashes it uses up to 54gb RAM and its really slow is there a fix to that or is that just a normal thing?

Start by checking whether your graphics configuration is actually working correctly. AE uses hardware acceleration and so do recent versions of Twixtor. Check that stuff and update your graphics driver. Anything beyond that will require soem more useful information.
