After Effects causing issues on my Gaming Desktop

Hello everyone,

I'm a graphic designer and I use Adobe After Effects on my gaming desktop for my work. However, I'm experiencing some issues with the software that I was hoping to get some help with.

Firstly, I've noticed that the software is taking up a lot of system resources, causing my gaming desktop to slow down significantly. This is especially noticeable when I have other applications open at the same time, and it's affecting my overall workflow.

Secondly, I'm having some trouble with the performance of the software itself. When I try to work on certain projects or add effects to my animations, the software freezes or crashes, making it difficult for me to continue working.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues with After Effects on their gaming desktop? If so, could you suggest any solutions or workarounds?

I would really appreciate any help or advice you can offer. Thank you!

Without exact system info we can't really tell you much. You need to be more specific.
