After Effects CC 2015 not rendering my project.

I've rendered this same project multiple times, including a couple times today, while I add and/or change things. All were successful. Suddenly it's stopped rendering it completely. I add it to the render queue, hit render with all the same settings as usual and the progress bar just doesn't move, it says Elapsed: 0 seconds, and it gets stuck on the first frame. I didn't change anything since my last render besides a mask path for a single keyframe. I tried removing the keyframe and it didn't fix it, so clearly that must not be it. The only other thing I changed at all was a preview setting, to play audio even when it's not realtime. but i don't see how that could be it either. I have no idea what could be causing it since it was working fine until it just suddenly stopped.

I'm on windows 10. After Effects CC 2015.

You check the permission of the folder where the original source and the output is stored and also update the graphic card driver.

Clean out the caches and temp folders. If you rendered it before, chances are you clogged up your harddrive with previous temporary data and AE is unable to write to those folders anymore. That and of course I'd second checking permissions and overall disk space as well.
