After Effects CC 2017 export via AME low resolution as preview

I export my footage from After Effects cc 2017 via AME. I used quarter preview resolution but I have 1920*1080 composition. then I export 1920*1080 but files quality is like quarter, files resulaton is 1920*1080. whats is the proplem?

That is one of known AE 2017 issues, and Adobe is aware of that, and hopefully soon it will be fixed. For now - you have to use little workaround

In addition to the workaround in the known issues page, you can use Queue in AME which works fine and is a superior method   anyway
