after effects cc 2019 crash after making a new composition

Hello, so since the new MacOS catalina(10.5.7)security update(2021-007), i cannot do anything with after effects, everytime i try to do a new composition, it crashes immediatly, i'm running on a Macbook Pro 13' inch mid-2012, with 16gb of ram, a ssd of 512g and a 2,5 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5

there is no more support for the CC2019 from adobe, so if this issue comes from some bugs you will never get an update from Adobe to fix it, I prefer if you can update to CC2021 or CC2022.
