after effects CC18 (and premiere pro) crashes oh High Sierra

Hi, I'm new here and I'm Italian so please forgive me for my English.

Yesterday I created a new AE file, today the app doesn' load anymore, I attach the error screenshot. I uninstalled ad re-installed, deleted preferences and plist files, but nothing happens. Is there anything else I can do? P.s I'm not an expert in managing OS 🙂 ThanksSchermata 2021-04-28 alle 19.08.30.png

Yes, does'nt load anymore and getting this message. I chatted 2 hours with adobe assistance but can't solve it. I unistalled, using also CC cleaner, but doesn't work anyway.

Yes, i resteeted preferences and unistalled 3 times using also Adobe CC cleaner. doesn't work. Still tha same library problem.
