I doubt After Effects supports the dual graphic cards. You turn off one of these when you launch After Effects.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply, how do I turn off the dual graphics card? if I turn it off, do I only use one graphics card for calculations?

Is there anyone else in this club?
It's been a long time, but I haven't received any answer. This matter has been bothering me for a long time. Can anyone from the official department explain it?

Hi there! Sorry about the issue. Would you happen to have any updates available for GPU driver? Does it happen with a specific project?
Let us know.
Thanks,
^KR

The driver is up to date, but it's still slow to use, and it's not project specific. The same thing happens with in-house designers. It's smooth when using Mac, but becomes very slow when switching to Win.
How to solve this problem?

Have you tried basic maintenance like resetting preferences and deleting cache files? Let us know how it goes. ^KR
