i have latest versions of both the software I tried exporting for cinema4d error message ---------------------After Effects: AEGP Plugin Maxon Cinema 4D Exporter...: Code (PF_Err_OUT_OF_MEMORY): Key track insert PLA memory error. Code (PF Err_OUT OF MEMORY): Export/Merge failed. Out of memory in animation allocation.

Hard to say without more specific info about your project, but I suspect that the square resolution might be an issue for creating a matching camera and/ or you have used and keyframes an unsupported feature.
