After effects crashes when I start mocha

Hi,

When I start boris fx mocha on after effects 2021 (monthly subsciption) it comes with a registration popup for mocha but I cannot registry because directly after this registration form after effects is comming with another popup telling me that there is a error occurred would you send a report if I send or do not send after effects stop working and I see desktop again (see attachment) do somebody know to solve this?

I tried the standalone version of boris fx mocha but same problem.

Hi Daniel,

Sorry for your issue with After Effects.

Have you tried contacting Boris FX since the stand-alone version is also crashing? The first thing I could suggest is to run After Effects as administrator and see if it brings any change.
