Do you have repro steps? Can you tell us what version of AE you're running? Can you share the project that is causing this?

Adobe After Effects 2022

This crash also shows when I open After Effects without any project

That error could only be occuring when opening a project. Is there a different error when opening AE without a project? 

Can you upgrade to a newer version of AE?

Can you install the latest version of After Effects and see if the issue persists?
