After Effects Crashing BEE_ThreadedRenderUpdate 2021

 I get this message every time im trying to open this project.
First I tried to render it, and it crashed and since then I get this message.
Please help 
(using mac pro 2019)

Sorry for your issue.

Does it happen with a particular project or all of them? Instead of opening the project, try importing it. Also, After Effects 18.2.1 has been released with improvements in loading projects.
