After Effects crashing on "initializing MediaCore"

Hello, every time i try to open after effects it crashes when it says "initalizing MediaCore" and i don't know what to do, if anyone has a solution please tell me

Sorry for your issue.

After Effects crashing on "initializing MediaCore" usually mean that a third-party plug-in is interfering and not letting After Effects launch properly. To solve this try uninstalling your third-party plug-ins one by one and launch After Effects. If it doesn't help, go to the following location and remove all the files and folders (except dummy.txt) from the Mediacore folder:

macOS - HD > Library > Application Support > Adobe > Common > Plugins > 7.0 > Media Core
Windows - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore
