After Effects crashing on start up and giving crash report every time

Hi! Every time I open my After Effects it crashes on start up, giving me

For the past few months its been doing a weird thing where sometimes it opens and gives me a crash report without actually closing After Effects, but if I just put the crash report to the side, I can actually use After Effects, I could start new projects, open old ones and save perfectly fine, I've just had trouble exporting

Recently I updated to the latest version and now I can't even put the crash report to the side, so I can't use After Effects at all. I've looked it up a lot but I can't see anyone having the same issue as me. When I click view report, its extremeley long, not sure if this is normal. Please help if you can!

Without any system info and the relevant crash reports we can't even begin to guess. Yes, crash reports can get very long, but usually the first 50 or 100 lines are what's relevant for common sense diagnoses. The rest is only of interest for developers to check the memory states and offsets in their debugging tools. So by all means, provide some of the crash info alongf with details about your system.
