After Effects Crashing When Rendering A Slideshow Of Images Because Of Keyframes

I've been troubleshooting why my composition is crashing for the past 4 days. It crashes while its rendering with an error code 10.

The composition consists of like 70 images in a row, with ken burns (pan/zoom) effect applied to them using keyframes.

I tried Converting .jpg to .png, .tiff etc but that didn't make a change.

Today, i disabled all keyframes (the pan/zoom effect) from the images, and the renders go through smoothly. Why would a simple effect with 2 keyframes per image cause it to crash?

Sorry to hear about the crash, Andi.

Is it a template or you created the file from scratch? Are there any third-party plug-ins used? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
