After Effects don't show image

Hi everyone ! i work every day with After, one day stop showing image, i open a project or create a new and no show image on canvas. I tried to update the graphic card and windows and the same after effects, but nothing worked.

This is the information of my graphic card.

What's the problem?  You made a gray solid, and it's gray in your comp window.  What else would you expect?

The problem is that I can't see anything in the viewport

You have a gray solid in your timeline. Try re-importing the picture and placing it above the solid.

it's hard to tell what the problems is. first thing you should do is make sure your composition window is set to "fit" to see all there is to see, second, you can click twice on the precomp that's visible and see what's inside.

it's worth trying to purge the cache data. edit->purge->all.
