After Effects Erro ao abrir

Ao tentar abrir o After ele exibe essas duas mensagens:

"Aviso do after effects: não foi possivel localizar diretorio de documentos do usuario"

Em seguida exibe:

Não é possível continuar. After Effects: Falha inesperada durante a inicialização do aplicativo.

It means what it says. You need to fix the user permissions on your user home directory so AE can access it to read and store its preferences, cache files and so on.

I had this problem years ago when I upgraded a computer to Windows 10 from 8.   As Mylenium says, you need to fix user permissions.  Your computer is not letting After Effects access your drives to store information.  A quick fix is to run the program in Administrator mode.  A better fix is to try uninstalling AE and possibly all of Adobe CC and reinstalling it.
