hi i'm sort of new to after effects to play around with graphics and visual effects .

just yesterday i finished up a project and left my laptop for a while only to return the next day later with a project only opening to an error

( 33:4 missing data in file )

i've done a bit of research and many people say this could be due to rotobrush/scope . but in this project that effect was not used at all.

any ideas to help?! this project is important to me /:

if it helps i'm currently using the 2021 version (18.0.1) and i use windows 10 with only 4gb ( yes i know that's a little amount but it works for me, this project was only 8.9mb )
