After Effects Error: Crash occurred while invoking plug-in "CEP Manager"

Hi,

Some days ago my AE started with this issue, this popup happens when i close AE: After Effects Error: Crash occurred while invoking plug-in "CEP Manager" (image 1)
I have problems inside Ae and i dont know if they happen because of this:

- I can't write nor delete layers.
- Not all Shorcuts work.
- Can't change comp names.

I've already reseted preferences, uninstall and used CC Cleaner Tool, all of this multiple time with no change.
Even after using Cleaner tool, when i reinstall Ae and open it, it gives me the message that it crashed before  (image 2) and if i want to start in safe mode. which i've done multiple times with the same results. But weirdly still happens after clean install and deleting preferences.

So i dont know what else to do and i can't find any other solution online.

This happens on a Macbook Pro 14-inch, 2021, with Sonoma 14.3.1 and Ae is in the last update 24.2.1 (build 2).

I am getting the same problem. There is no problem on the working screen, this problem occurs when closing the file. Then this file does not open.
