Would you reset the preference settings?

AE offers it to me every time after a crash, but it doesn't change anything.

Sorry to hear that.
What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version) and what's the version of After Effects you're using? Is there a specific action or command that triggers the crash?
Let us know, we're here to help.
Note: Moving this thread from Bugs to Discussions for troubleshooting.
Thanks,
Nishu

The version of AE I'm using is the 24.1.0. I noticed that the crash often occurred when I moved a key or the preview slider.

Are you using any third-party plug-ins? If so, try disabling them and see if that helps. Please check if there are any updates available for your Mac OS. Also, do you see any crash reports?
Report back.
Thanks,
Nishu

Je n'utilise pas de plug-ins, je fais régulièrement les mises à jour OS, par contre je ne crois pas savoir ce que sont les "rapports de plantage".

Can you enable Logging from the Help Menu (Help -> Enable Logging), restart AE, and then once the crash happens, restart AE, go to Help -> Reveal Log Files, then find the After Effects Log.txt and post it back here. Perhaps that will help us figure out what is going on.
Thanks,
Nishu

Thanks for sharing the logs, Tristan. However, engineers are looking for some information as these logs don't tell anything useful.
What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
Could you share a screen recording if possible?
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks,
Nishu

Sorry for the delay. I shared your logs with the devs but unfortunately, they don't show any useful information. Can you please make sure that your cache drive has enough space and or try changing the location of the cache to a different drive that has more storage space available?
Let us know if that brings any change.
Thanks
Nishu
