After Effects function

Hi Community,

Adobe After Effects Question;

I am really keen to figure out how to apply a gentle web effect to my 13 second slow motion video? 

An example of what I am after is in the attached image and also on the home page of www.geomotion.com.au

Any help would be greatly appreciated on the best function to use to do this.

It's the Plexus plug-in or a 3D program. Nothing to do with vanilla AE. Of course you could re-create some of it with masks with strokes and shape layers by hand. Depending on the complexity it would just be a lot of work.
