After Effects Image react audio

Hello,

I need help:), 

I want my image to react with the music not in the music but in the beats, I've seen a lot of tutorials, but I couldn't find any that did what I wanted, what I wanted is to make the image react the same way that in this video:

I tried to use the twitch scale but I couldn't, because the image was always reacting to the whole song, please help me

BeatEdit for Ae can animate your layers in many ways to the beat easily. Play with the BeatWiggle and best start with the "scale pulse" preset of it.
