after effects is not launching or opening

[HAMAD H2 CINE]

it starts here and it never launch, i updated my windows 10 and tried to re-unistall , i also tried old versions and updated my drive? please help to solve my problem.

Very frustrating.

Make sure you have run all updates for your system. Choose Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
