After effects keeps crashing

Hello, I am tired of this, After effects just keeps crashing all the time, every 10 - 20 seconds, and that generally happens when I do something in the timeline, I have lost lots of progress just because of this. I have sufficient storage + I am only using After Effects and a browser
I am using the latest version of After Effects, and have sufficient system requirements to support the application

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

When After Effects crashes,  do you see a dialog box to report your crash?  If so, submit the crash report with your email address.

If you start After Effects in Safe Mode with 3rd party effects disabled, does the crash still occur?
