After effects keeps opening my browser

I'm using After effects for making an animation but at a certain point the app crashes and keeps opening Adobe access page in my browser. I've accessed but if after effects remains open the pages keep spawning unstop. This problem is persisting. Thanks.

What version of After Effects are you using? Can you screen record what is happening and post that back here?
