Sometimes, 1 in 5 times when I open the program, my after effects will simply deafult reset all my preferences and workspace. it's getting quite annoying since I have to change the cache disk, rearrange my workspace and so on. also there's no error messege of something similar, I just open after effects and it is on defaut settings, I also tried going to other versions but it also happend, could it be a plugin?

After Effects 22.4
